Roasted Shrimp

Quick and full of flavor, we've been whipping up these oven roasted shrimp on the fly for the last several months. This recipe is a keeper!


1 pound of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tsp salt, or seasoned salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Olive Oil for drizzling


Preheat oven to 425F.

Pat shrimp dry with a paper towel and spread on a 18x11 sheet pan covered with parchment paper.

Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper then toss until the shrimp are evenly covered.

Roast for ~5-6 minutes, or until shrimp are red and curled.
